If you cancel before we begin work or incur third-party costs, we will review your request fairly and explain the refund available in your circumstances.
After work starts
Once document review, preparation, filing, or coordination has begun, some service fees may no longer be refundable. Government fees and third-party charges are generally non-refundable once incurred. We will explain the work and costs relevant to your request.
Rejected filings
Approval by a government authority is not guaranteed. If a filing is rejected for a correctable reason, we will discuss reasonable next steps with you. Additional charges may apply depending on the cause and the work required.
Submitting a request
Email contact@primeregister.us with your order details and the reason for your cancellation or refund request. We aim to respond promptly and explain our assessment. No fixed refund percentage or processing period is promised by this policy.
Applicable rights
This policy does not limit any refund or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
