Fees and payments
Payments are due on the terms agreed for your engagement. The formation packages displayed on our website include state formation filing fees. Other government charges, taxes, renewals, and third-party costs are separate unless expressly included in the agreed scope.
Processing and decisions
Government processing times, IRS decisions, bank approvals, and third-party platform decisions are outside our control. Any timeframe discussed is an estimate rather than a guarantee.
